Import MBOX to Gmail Without Any Email Client Installation

MBOX files are supported by many professional email clients like Gmail, Apple Mail, and Thunderbird. For desktop-based email clients, importing MBOX files is usually straightforward. However, when it comes to online clients like Gmail, the process can be more complex—especially for organizations.

In this quick video, I explain how to migrate MBOX to Gmail using the GWMMO tool, an official Google product that allows users to import PST files into their Gmail account. Since this tool requires PST format, I also recommend using the MailsDaddy MBOX Converter Tool to first convert MBOX files into PST. This reliable application works on all Windows operating systems and can handle large or multiple mailboxes efficiently.

Additionally, users can try the free demo edition of the MBOX Converter Tool, which allows exporting a limited number of emails from each folder before upgrading to the full version.
