If you're using a Microsoft 365 or Exchange Server account, follow these steps to share your calendar:
Step 1: Open Outlook Calendar
Launch Microsoft Outlook and click the Calendar icon.
Step 2: Select Share Calendar
Go to the Home tab and click Share Calendar.
Step 3: Choose the Calendar
If you have multiple calendars, select the one you want to share from the drop-down list.
Step 4: Add Recipients
In the Calendar Properties dialog box, click Add. Search for the person from the address book or enter their email address, then click OK.
Step 5: Assign Permissions

- Open Outlook and switch to the Calendar view.
- Right-click the calendar you want to share.
- Select Share > Email Calendar.
- In the Send a Calendar via Email dialog box, configure the required settings such as date range and detail level.

How to Export an Outlook Calendar to an ICS File?
